At Elevate Real Estate Academy, LLC (“Elevate Real Estate Academy,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), we are committed to providing high-quality real estate education and supporting our students throughout their learning journey. This Refund Policy explains the terms and conditions regarding refunds for courses, programs, and educational services purchased through our website.
Course Enrollment Refunds - Refund Policy
Due to the digital nature of our online courses and immediate access to course materials, refund eligibility is limited.
Students may request a refund within 14 calendar days from the date of purchase, provided that:
• The student has not completed more than 10% of the course content;
• The student has not completed any final examinations, assessments, or required coursework;
• The student has not downloaded restricted course materials identified as non-refundable;
• The refund request is submitted in writing to Elevate Real Estate Academy.
Refund requests must include:
• Student’s full name;
• Email address associated with the account;
• Course name;
• Date of purchase;
• Reason for the refund request.

Non-Refundable Circumstances
Refunds will generally not be issued for:
• Courses where the student has exceeded the allowable completion percentage;
• Failure to complete coursework within the required timeframe;
• Failure to pass a state licensing examination;
• Failure to meet Florida real estate licensing requirements;
• Scheduling conflicts, personal circumstances, or lack of participation;
• Duplicate purchases after course access has been provided.
Course Transfers
Students may request a transfer to another available course or course offering at the discretion of Elevate Real Estate Academy. Approval is not guaranteed and depends on course availability and student progress.
Processing Refunds
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on the student’s financial institution or payment provider.
Regulatory Compliance
Courses offered by Elevate Real Estate Academy are designed to comply with applicable requirements established by the Florida Real Estate Commission (FREC) and the Florida Department of Business and Professional Regulation (DBPR), where applicable.
Students are responsible for understanding their individual licensing requirements, deadlines, and eligibility.
